All-at-Home Health Care services provides Private Pay Services in cities and towns throughout Massachusetts.

Private pay, also known as paying “out-of-pocket” means an individual or their family will use existing savings and assets to cover the cost of care services.

Medicare and Medicare Advantage may be used to cover home health care services on a part-time basis for homebound seniors. However, if a care recipient solely needs help with cleaning, shopping, or laundry this is when Private Pay can be necessary.
